Refund policy

- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a licence has been bought.
- That is why every DownScene plug-in comes with a free 14-day trial with every feature and no card needed: please make sure it works for you before you buy.
Try first
The trial runs on one computer for 14 days and only needs an e-mail address. When it ends, your projects still open and the plug-in passes the audio through unchanged until you enter a licence key, so nothing you made with it is lost.
If something is wrong with your order
If you were charged twice, or your licence key did not arrive, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will put it right: we resend the key or correct the duplicate charge.
If the plug-in does not work
Write to us. Support and free updates within your version are there to fix problems.
Our reseller
Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. In rare cases Paddle may issue a refund at its own discretion, for example to prevent fraud, or where the law requires it. A refunded licence is turned off and stops working the next time the plug-in checks in.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we will sort it out. A chargeback turns the licence off.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not take away rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived. If you live in the EU or the UK, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once the download or activation begins, as explained at checkout.
